    Incoming Mail from Spain 1811c. (March 5): Entire letter from Chiclana de la Frontera near Cadiz to Popayan endorsed at base "por primera via Cartagena de Yndias" and also endorsed at top "Sta Fé" (Bogotá), struck with fine straight line CADIZ despatch in red. Whilst the letter is undated the writer describes conditions after the French Invasion and is most probably from 1811. Fresh and very fine.
