    Santa Fé de Bogotá-La Plata-Popayan-Quito Route 1780 (Oct 18): Judicial record from Buga struck at base with the contracted POPAYAN handstamp (Tizon 1 = EXT) with superb impression of the FRANCA. marking alongside (Tizon 6 = RRR), both in red. Rare - Buga had no Postal Office or Agency until 1794 and therefore the Popayan handstamp was used.
